About this Speaker
His interests are wide ranging from leadership, organisational culture, architecture, environmentalism, religious studies, politics and social sciences. All his academic work emerges from a critical and ethical perspective, where he claims our task is to work in ‘good faith’ to build the ‘good society’.
Previously, Simon was the Director of Coaching at Lancaster University Management School, and of Masters in Organizational Consultancy (psychoanalytic approaches) Tavistock Clinic. Simon has a pedigree of teaching internationally, and publishing on both leadership and coaching.
