As a coaching mentor, Laure has worked with thousands of coaches and observed what makes some coaches effective and others less effective.
One of those factors is purposeful structure.
She notes that coaches often fall into the trapping of just chatting, being with, or allowing the client to ramble. They fail to support the coach to get clear on the change they want, to figure out what the barriers are, to explore what their thinking is, and to come to clear decisions.
What's more, Laure has seen how often coaches attribute this idea of structure to organisations that the coach feels is imposing on them - whether that's seen as "the Animas approach", or the "ICF approach".
The big question for Laure is not, whose approach is it, but what actually works and how do you find a structure and way of working that you feel good with but that also creates the change necessary for the client.
In this workshop, Laure will help you think about structure in a more positive light and how you might create a way of working in sessions that brings clarity and results.
