About this talk
Positive Psychology is the scientific study of well-being and human flourishing.
The science doesn’t suggest that we eradicate all negative thoughts and observations and only focus on the positive, as this would be detrimental to our survival. As with most things, balance is key. What would it look like if we could tip the scale by consciously focusing on the positive, whilst also acknowledging and leaving space for the negative aspects of our experience?
In this workshop we will explore aspects of Positive Psychology and ways in which you can implement its principles in your coaching practice.
By the end of the workshop, you will have an understanding of the key principles of Positive Psychology, how you can draw on these teachings to inform your practice, and some practical tools to add to your coaching toolkit.
