About this talk

Clients don't sign up for coaching for the very reason that they could benefit from it.

You coach best when you stop "being" a coach.

Never interrupt your client but also interrupt your client.

Your client says they're happy but their face tells you they're not.

Like these examples, I've always felt paradox and contradiction are at the heart of the challenges facing both coach and client.

And with the increasingly complex and interconnected environment we live in, how we respond to paradox is increasingly important.

In this interactive workshop, full of exploration and discussion, we'll be seeking to understand how we can use paradox to become more masterful in coaching.

How do we embrace paradox and contradiction and help our clients to do the same?

What are the benefits of a paradoxical coaching approach to opening up multiple perspectives and options?

Where might paradox show up in the systems we are part of?

How do we move from either/or to both/and?

Join me for a light-hearted journey through some mind-stretching contradictions.

It'll be serious fun!

Paradoxically.
